Oversees capital improvements, community development, building division and engineering division. Department Infrastructure Maintenance & Operations (DIMO) formerly known as Public works department provides maintenance service to Richmond's roads, parks, marina, open spaces, flood control areas, street signs and lights, water and sewer lines as well as providing safe potable water to residents. Offers 4th of July celebration including fireworks show and community festivities.
