Offers workshops, training, and classes for businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals. Provides a variety of programs for San Pablo Incorporated residents and business owners as well as other programs provided by partner organizations. Provides workforce services including employment training and education, job readiness, skills training and placement, and bilingual computer literacy programs. Partners with Travis Credit Union and other financial institutions tor entrepreneurs and business owners including financial education. Offers First Time Home Buyer programs which consist of grants and loans. Additional resource may be available for San Pablo Incorporated residents.
