Call to speak to clinic operations staff who will verify insurance/private pay eligibility prior to booking a 30-minute phone screening with the Intake Coordinator. During phone screening the Intake Coordinator will gather information from the person referred for services about current need for services and redirect the referral appropriately within the clinic.
Accepts Medicare, Medi-Cal, private insurance (with prior authorization) and private pay on a sliding scale.
