Supports Concord and Antioch residents who have a small business and are interested in formalizing and registering business with the City of Concord. Assistance includes education of business registration, insurance, bank account and promotional options, county and city form completion, accompaniment to both city and county departments and financial assistance to pay initial city license fee.
