Provides an address confidentiality program administered by the California Secretary of State’s office. Assigns a Sacramento post office box that can be used as a participant’s official address. State and local government agencies are required to accept the Safe at Home address; however, private entities and the federal government are not. Serves victims of domestic violence, stalking and sexual assault or a reproductive healthcare employee, patient or volunteer in fear for their safety.
