Provides a multi-lingual evaluation and customized support to job seekers with barriers to employment such as language/cultural obstacles and limited education job skills. Services include; job-readiness skills, job placement assistance, coaching and problem solving around job-related family issues, job search assistance, resume preparation and application completion assistance. Contracts with employers willing to hire with a county contract.
