Contra Costa County (West)
LIFT (Learning for Infants and Families Together) team for infants to 3. Provides developmental playgroup which includes facilitated and speech play, structured circle-time, snack-time, outside time, 1-2 home visits per month and case management as needed.
West Contra Costa Unified School District
Administers eighteen Preschools, thirty-six Elementary Schools, one K-8 School, six Middle Schools, six High Schools, along with Alternative Schools, and an adult education program as well as special education programs.
