Application process
Call to request an intake form, complete intake form. Intake coordinator will return phone call to best assign a therapist.
Fees
Full fee is $160 per hour; sliding scale financial assistance available, based on gross family annual income. Limited Medi-Cal accepted. Limited private insurance third-party billing accepted: Aetna and Cigna.
