Intakes are scheduled by appointment. This process includes reviewing and signing consent forms, understanding strengths and needs, as well as clarifying how the program can provide support.

Contra Costa County
Provides resources for relatives raising the child of a family member; grandparents raising their grandchildren, aunts/uncles, older siblings, and others who identify as the primary caregiver of a minor child and they are not the parent or step-parent. Services include support groups, recreation and respite opportunities, after school services, educational workshops, information and referral, case management and advocacy, basic needs assistance, help with legal guardianship, and other support services.
Pacific Clinics
Provides social services for children and their families including Foster Care and Adoption Services, Intensive In-Home Services, Outpatient Mental Health Services, Prevention and Early Intervention, and Transitional Housing for foster youth.
