Provides treatment for people who want to stop using opioids such as heroin, prescription painkillers like oxycodone, and similar drugs. Program patients are prescribed a medicine, buprenorphine (Suboxone) that reduces craving and withdrawal symptoms. Included services are group therapy and support from a medical team that includes doctors, registered nurses, mental health counselors and community health workers.
