Description
Provides 15 to 20 pounds of fresh produce two times per month to qualifying households that are in need of food assistance. Produce is distributed from the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano Mobile Trucks.

Distributes food to over 180 charitable agencies throughout Contra Costa and Solano counties, including soup kitchens and emergency food pantries, which provide food free to county residents in crisis situations, and residential programs that prepare meals for a particular group of disadvantaged individuals. Agency is certified and belongs to Feeding America, the National Food Bank Network.
