Mental Health Related Support Groups | NAMI Spanish Family Support Group

Due to the current pandemic, support group is meeting via Zoom. Provides a peer-led support group for Spanish speaking individuals who live or take care of a loved one with a mental health condition. Offers insights from others' challenges and successes including trained leaders who lead the group. Provides a safe and confidential setting for individuals to share their experiences and encourages empathy, productive discussion and a sense of community. Helps individuals identify local resources and how to navigate them.
