provides home delivered Meals with daily wellness checks, Cafes, Health and Wellness classes, Friendly Visitors, Friendly Callers, and Friendly Helpers, Grocery Bags, Fall Prevention services, Care Management and Outreach, and Breakfast Bags. Volunteer drivers can deliver meal to the door or into the kitchen.

Meals are delivered around the noon hour by volunteers, 5 days a week. If weekend or holiday meals are desired, frozen foods can be delivered ahead of time. Includes wellness check.
