Offers clients who are experiencing a financial hardship with partial payment assistance for utility, gas, food, furniture, vehicle registration, driver's license fees and others. Grant amounts vary by emergency and need. In person visits preferably in-home is required before any financial considerations are made.

Offers employment opportunities and on-the-job-training to the hard-to-employ and those experiencing employment barriers (unskilled, formerly incarcerated, substance abusers, etc.). Thrift stores located in Pleasant Hill and Pittsburg provide training and employment for those who lack work experience or skills.
