Provides services to young children, ages 0-5, who are deaf, hard of hearing or who have severe speech and language delays. Offers comprehensive programs in early education in combination with extensive therapy (language, speech, auditory, occupational, and physical therapies), home visits, and family education and support. Provides parent and child playgroups (12-36 months) which provide social interaction and organized educational activities designed to promote spoken language and sign language communication skills.
