Administers county welfare appeals and complaints. Computes all fraud over payments. Clients can appeal an action against them by calling the main number. Provides backdoor number for clients to negotiate a monthly payment arrangement if they are unable to pay the balance in full. Clients can submit a hearing request at the county welfare office (address shown on the notice of action) or call the toll free line. Clients with GA appeals must contact their worker within 14 days of notice.
