Due to the current pandemic, support group is meeting via Zoom. Provides a peer-led support group for any Spanish speaking individual who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. Offers insights from others challenges and successes including trained leaders who lead the group. Provides a safe and confidential setting for individuals to share their experiences and encourages empathy, productive discussion and a sense of community. No specific medical therapy or treatment is endorsed.
