Provides preventative, individualized and comprehensive mental health support services to at risk youth. Services include individual and family counseling, community service program, and job training program to at-risk youth. Collaborates with different school districts to support kids who have attendance/tardies issues and behavioral challenges including kids who are on probation to support their needs and prevent them from entering the juvenile justice system. Youth are partnered with various volunteer opportunities including Pittsburg Senior Center, Public Works, Community events, faith based events, parks and recreation, and community council events. Provides job training program for at risk youth. Service includes coding class, computer lab, job counseling and resume preparation assistance, entrepreneurial peer counseling and interview preparation. Works in collaboration with Eastbay Regional Park to provide a social justice training program within the parks.
