Provides support groups for individuals with mood disorders (Unipolar Depression, Bipolar (Manic-Depression) or schizo-affective disorder). General group meets Mondays, 6:30pm and Saturdays, 1:30pm. Friends and family group meet the first and third Monday of the month, 6:30pm. Both groups meet via zoom.

Fosters self-help for patients and families. Advocate for research toward the elimination of these illnesses, along with the goal of elimination of discrimination and stigma associated with the diseases. Local chapters and support groups on website.
