Must have Passenger Information Application on file, call for information for ride reservation specifics. Forms are available online or can be mailed. Reservations must be made one day in advance. There may be same day service, but only if seats are available.

Provides affordable van service to Pleasant Hill residents, age 55+ within parts of Central Contra Costa. Due to the current pandemic limited schedule. Mondays are reserved for medical priorities going to Concord, Martinez and Walnut Creek. Tuesday through Thursday are for any type of trips within Pleasant Hill. Individuals must register for the service before making an appointment. Forms are available online or can be mailed. Reservations must be made one business day in advance. There may be same-day service IF seats are available. There is no van service on holidays observed by the City of Pleasant Hill.
