Description

Provides basic needs where homeless individuals can have access to meals, mailbox, showers, and phones. Offers case management services and housing navigation for homeless adults, transitional aged youth and families. Provides a warming center for single adults including breakfast and dinner. Warming center is open year round. Center serves a a cooling center during summer heat waves for homeless individuals or families.

Greater Richmond Interfaith Program

Provides an emergency family shelter to homeless families. Service includes meals, shelter and supportive services to help clients become self-sufficient. GRIP is an interfaith, interracial coalition of congregations - Christians, Catholics, Protestants, Jews, Muslims and Sikh - working to end family homelessness in West Contra Costa County.
