Provides home safety modifications to seniors homes in order to prevent falls. Installs small safety items such as grab bars, railings, shower chairs, etc. Also holds classes to prevent falls and promote balance, in-person classes are held once a week for two hours each week, for 8 weeks.

Meals on Wheels Diablo Region
Provides Home Delivered Meals with daily wellness checks, Cafes, Health and Wellness classes, Friendly Visitors, Friendly Callers, and Friendly Helpers, Grocery Bags, Fall Prevention services, Care Management and Outreach, and Breakfast Bags. Meals are delivered around the noon hour by volunteers, 5 days a week. If weekend or holiday meals are desired, frozen foods can be delivered ahead of time. Includes wellness check.
