Description
Provides home safety modifications to seniors homes in order to prevent falls. Installs small safety items such as grab bars, railings, shower chairs, etc. Also holds classes to prevent falls and promote balance, in-person classes are held once a week for two hours each week, for 8 weeks.

Offers a hot meal delivery program for frail and home bound persons 60+. Regular meals, fruit dessert; special diet needs include restricted sodium. Meals are delivered around the noon hour by volunteers, 5 days a week. If weekend or holiday meals are desired, frozen foods can be delivered ahead of time. Includes wellness check.
