Fees
Sliding scale dependent on income, fees start at $25 an hour for no income. NCFC accepts individuals and families covered by Victim Witness funding accepted.

Provides outpatient counseling services, specializing in the treatment of children and families, as well as individual and couple counseling for problems that may include behavior disorders, school avoidance, abuse, family conflicts, marital conflict, depression and adjustment problems. Counseling also available at Martinez location.

Provides outpatient counseling services, specializing in the treatment of children in families, as well as individual and couple counseling for problems that may include behavior disorders, school avoidance, abuse, family conflicts, marital conflict, depression and adjustment problems. Crisis counseling for adolescent runaways, homeless and at-risk youth. Mediation for these youth and their families. Provides emergency shelter for youth open 24 hour, 7 day a week. Recruits, trains and certifies foster families, who provide conventional foster care for children referred from Social Services in Contra Costa, Alameda and Solano counties.
