Provides domestic violence intervention which consists of crisis and peer counseling, risk assessment, safety planning, domestic violence education, court accompaniment, legal advocacy and referrals, peer support groups and other related support resources for the clients and their family. STAND! has offices in Central, East and West counties, as well as services and shelters at confidential locations. Volunteers are used extensively.

STAND For Families Free Of Violence
Provides support, shelter and training to people who are abused, treatment programs to people who abuse, and preventive education programs to youth, children and adults who might experience abuse in the future. These services fall under three categories: Intervention, Treatment and Prevention. STAND! has offices in Central, East and West Counties, as well as services and shelters at confidential locations. Volunteers are used extensively. Some volunteer opportunities do not require training, while others require a 40-hour course on domestic violence.
