Description

Licenses skilled nursing facilities, ESRD, primary care clinics, surgical clinics, hospitals, immediate care facilities for the developmentally disabled and in-home health care. Center for Health Care Quality’s (CHCQ) Licensing and Certification Program is the oversight body and investigates complaints. Gives information on licensed facilities to the public. Anyone can file a complaint against a health-care facility, a patient or facility resident, a relative or friend, even a general member of the public.
