Contra Costa County
Responds to questions and concerns about hazardous materials and the environmental health impact on Contra Costa residents. Provides general mold information and referral. The Ombudsman reports to the Director of Contra Costa Health Services and the County Board of Supervisors. In case of emergency i.e. chemical spill, refinery fire, illegal dumping in which an inspector is needed contact Backdoor Number to Hazardous Materials Emergency line.
