Provides routine and preventive health care services including, family practice, adult medicine and women's health by appointment. Laboratory services, behavioral health (individual and group appointments), general social worker, HIV social worker and diabetic groups are available in English and Spanish. Care coordinators relay messages to doctors and assist patients with medical concerns.
