Provides housing counseling services, including confidential mortgage default and delinquency counseling to families who are in danger of losing their homes through foreclosure or eviction. Does not provide rental assistance, unlawful detainers, nor filing paperwork for eviction but presents options on how to respond to eviction notices. Offers mediation of tenant/landlord disputes, referrals to tenant organizations, tenant/landlord rights, legal counseling, and fair housing counseling. Serves Antioch, Pittsburg and Bay Point residents only.
