Application process
Call the intake line for prescreening. If eligible and space is available, intake may be scheduled. Shelter will perform COVID test prior to admittance.

Provides shelter for Contra Costa homeless families (men and women) WITH dependent children and two Safe Parking Program to individuals, couples and families living in their vehicles. Shelter is located at various churches; locations rotate from Orinda on the west to Danville on the south to Antioch on the East/North. Shelter will open September 29, 2025 and will close for the season on June 2026. Provides couples, families, or individuals living in their vehicles, a safe parking lot to park nightly. Safe parking lot program is a year-round program able to accommodate 15 cars per night.
