Provides fire suppression, emergency medical including paramedic, rescue, fire/arson investigation, building plan review, code enforcement, public education on fire and life safety, and weed abatement to Antioch, Clayton, Concord, Lafayette, Martinez, Pittsburg, Pleasant Hill, San Pablo, Walnut Creek, and most unincorporated areas of Contra Costa County. Currently the division is comprised of four Battalions consisting of 30 fire stations.
