Also provides support services to women, transgender and genderqueer people who are homeless and/or HIV+. Services include primary care, HIV-primary care, transgender health care, gynecologic care, hormone therapy for gender transition, breast health services, chronic disease management, vaccinations, mental health services, case Management, healthy living information and referrals.
