Provides prevention programs in East County and outpatient substance abuse programs for adolescents grades 9-12 and adults. The prevention programs include REACH skills and similar topics for teens grades 6-12 and parent-child (ages 11-18) groups in English and Spanish. Provides juvenile diversion for Antioch, Brentwood and Oakley police departments. Offers free drug testing services for adolescents only. Runs substance abuse treatment program for students at Pittsburg High School.
