Contra Costa County
Provides a continuum of services including contactless confidential testing, prevention and education and services for people living with HIV/STI's. Also provides resource materials, referrals for services within the county system and in partnership with community-based organizations. Program offers confidential, free, and contactless rapid HIV and gonorrhea and chlamydia testing in your home/private space. Offers education on Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), a medication that is taken to prevent HIV; PrEP navigation services to individuals. Legal immigration status is not a requirement to receive services.
