Basic services include; workshop on job readiness, soft skills, labor market information, resumes, interviewing, State careers, keyboarding (typing speed) certifications, free online career training through Skill Up Contra Costa and schedules appointments with partner agencies; Job Corps, Senior Employment, Dept. of Rehabilitation. Amenities include computers, phone, copier, and fax. Provides individualized services via the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program which includes career coaching, on-the-job training, occupational skills training.
