Wraparound Facilitation/Community Support | Familias Unidas

Provides bilingual/bicultural mental health services for primarily Spanish speaking residents of Contra Costa who are experiencing emotional distress, problems with children, and crisis or conflict within the family. Services include information and referral, education and advocacy. Offers comprehensive wrap-around services and intensive case management to adults age 25+ who experience severe and persistent mental illness. Offers only individual therapy to adults and minors. Some group parenting groups available in partnership with other partners.

Age 25+ with serious mental illness who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness, cannot be receiving Medicare.
