Description
Provides integrated services in 8 areas (public benefits, legal, education, employment, family, finances, housing and wellness) to people reentering the community from incarceration as well as their families. Services are delivered through one-on-one appointments, drop-in office hours, group orientations and workshops, and self-directed activities. Helps plan critical next steps after contact with police and the courts.
