Offers employment opportunities and on-the-job-training to the hard-to-employ and those experiencing employment barriers (unskilled, formerly incarcerated, substance abusers, etc.). Thrift stores located in Pleasant Hill and Pittsburg provide training and employment for those who lack work experience or skills.
