Call for an appointment. Some walk-in or same day appointment may be available.
Fees
Accepts CCHP, Contra Costa CARES, Medi-Cal, Medicare, Blue Shield PPO, or sliding fee scale for uninsured. Sliding scales starts at $25 and is based on income.

Provides COVID-19 testing and immunizations. Clinic offers diapers, formula, baby clothing, baby strollers, basinets, all dependent on donations.
