Contra Costa County
Provides two first/multiple DUI offender programs: Level 1, which addresses the problems of drinking and driving, and serves as an early identification and early intervention mechanism for individuals who have a dependency on alcohol, and who have been convicted of first offense drunk driving; Level 2, for special circumstances which provides 16 hours of education and 14 hours of group counseling. Level 1 is offered as a 3, 6, 9 month program dependent on the blood alcohol level at the time of the DUI; for multiple offenders the program is 18 months.

Bi Bett Corporation
This is the administrative office or Support Center for social model, community-based programs for individuals and families with alcohol problems. Programs range from alcohol education to residential alcohol recovery programs. Volunteers provide clerical assistance to the Support Center staff, and provide support to staff at various program facility sites. Volunteer involvement is central to the Bi-Bett programs.
