General Expectant/New Parent Assistance | Healthy Start San Pablo - CCHS
Acts as the liaison between a pregnant woman and the services needed to provide the child a healthy start and the mother a healthy pregnancy. Coordinates initial prenatal appointment and referrals to programs for pregnant women i.e. WIC. Makes referrals as needed, offers genetic counseling, prenatal testing, brief counseling on substance abuse issues and community outreach.

Fee
Accepts CCHP with Medi-Cal or uninsured individuals who are referred to financial counselors for Hospital Presumptive Medi-Cal.
