The cohort-based program includes classroom training of 12-weeks in a healthcare skills lab with hand-on training in a skilled nursing facility. Offers Job Training and Placement program which prepares low-income adults for administrative careers leading to self-sufficiency through computer and life skills training, paid experience, case management, career counseling, placement assistance, and long-term alumni service. Road Map helps youth ages 18-24 enter employment by fostering a sense of welcoming and belonging and offering career guidance, training referrals, wrap-around support, and job placement opportunities. Targets unemployed, out-of-school youth, with an emphasis on former foster youth and others who need additional support to succeed in school and work. Offers low-income clients free computer access and assistance, English as a Second Language instruction, Computer Basics, and Spanish classes.
