Description

Provides free criminal defense to indigent individuals in which a case involves two or more parties. Public defender is unable to provide defense to both parties and one party must be referred to the Alternate Defenders Office for proper criminal representation.

Provides legal representation for indigent persons accused of crimes in Contra Costa County. Offers assistance with clearing prior criminal records through the (Clean Slate Program).
