Application process
Call for information, a medical history and physical are required for admission. A social worker will schedule a tour followed by a home visit for a needs assessment, explain admission procedures and answer questions.
Fees
Medi-Cal Managed Care, VA insurance, Regional Center of the Eat Bay referrals and private pay are accepted. Some long term care insurance policies cover the cost and other payment options may be available.

Provides a day health program licensed by CA Dept. of Public Health for disabled individuals over the age of 18. Program offers a combination of medical, social and therapy services for fragile adults while giving their caregivers and families respite. The day is designed to increase and/or maintain current physical and mental functioning. Also provides individualized plans combining medical, social and therapy service for adults with mid to late stage Alzheimer's disease and dementia. The day is filled with appropriate activities for people with memory impairments, and may include live music, physical horticulture and art therapies, exercise and games.
