Description
Provides referrals, counseling, health insurance and food assistance program registration, and some medical appointments over the phone. This includes telephone counseling appointments throughout the week, and telephone screenings and treatment for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) for cis men and transgender clients on Sunday afternoons.
