Provides a variety of services for individuals with developmental disabilities including A Better Chance program a licensed adult residential home in Contra Costa County, supported living services, a nonpublic school for students, ages 6 to 22 with autism and other developmental disabilities who have been unable to thrive in public schools, a community integrated training program for adults offering community life skills opportunities and entry level vocational training opportunities. A Better Chance Industries operates a work activity program called Custom Assembly & Packaging giving clients work at jobs that provide packaging, labeling, and assembly services to other businesses and a supported employment program available to those who work off-site at various businesses. Offers daily adult educational opportunities as well as supportive employment programs which provide work activity opportunities.
