Referrals are submitted by community and free clinic. Operation Access also accepts referrals from private practice providers and emergency room departments.

Provides free outpatient surgeries and surgical consultations to uninsured individuals in Northern California. Volunteer surgeons, nurses, anesthesiologist and technicians perform the procedures. Bay Area hospitals provide operating and recovery rooms.
