Provides home visits, intensive home visiting (long term), education, resource information and support to promote the health of pregnant women and their babies. Assists women in finding health coverage including Medi-Cal. Connects women to local prenatal providers and clinics. Educates and supports families about pregnancy and parenting. Links pregnant women and their families to appropriate resources and services.
