Eligibility

Income must be at or below 80% of Area Median Income for public housing and at or below 50% of AMI for Housing Choice Voucher Program. To apply for Project Based Voucher - The Terraces Senior Apartments, applying client must be 62 years of age or older. Large households for three and four bedroom units are highly encouraged to apply. All non-elderly applications, will be rejected.

Call for appointment or visit website to apply. The opening will only be an electronic format and no paper applications will be available. Reasonable Accommodations for elderly or disabled clients can be made for anyone needing individual assistance either by telephone, email or in offices.

Description

Administration for Contra Costa County Housing Authority. Administers Project-based Voucher (PBV) waiting lists. Waiting list for project based voucher will open March 2, 2026 at 10am and will close March 19, 2026 at 4pm. Some properties are for senior ONLY and some are for families. Applications must be submitted online however, elderly or disabled clients can request reasonable accommodation by telephone, email or in person. Reasonable accommodation requests can be made to the backdoor number.
