Provides assistance to eligible individuals who have received a shut-off notice. There are two kinds of shut-off notices: 48 hour and 15 day. If a person calls immediately after receiving a 15 day notice, it is possible that PG&E can work out a payment arrangement depending on past record, etc. With a 48 hour notice, a payment arrangement might be possible but not as likely.
