Contra Costa County
Provides free one-on-one support to older adults navigating ongoing or upcoming legal proceedings, including cases involving elder abuse or eviction. Trained volunteers accompany individuals to court hearings and assist with navigating the courthouse, taking notes, remembering important information, and providing emotional support throughout the court process. Transportation assistance may also be available through partnerships with local transportation providers. The program does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or case advocacy.

Meals on Wheels Diablo Region
Provides Home Delivered Meals with daily wellness checks, Cafes, Health and Wellness classes, Friendly Visitors, Friendly Callers, and Friendly Helpers, Grocery Bags, Fall Prevention services, Care Management and Outreach, and Breakfast Bags. Meals are delivered around the noon hour by volunteers, 5 days a week. If weekend or holiday meals are desired, frozen foods can be delivered ahead of time. Includes wellness check.
